A Roy Dudley estate sale is very different from other sales. We understand that each client is unique and, accordingly, we will organize a sale to meet your particular needs.
The first step in planning a successful sale is the initial walk-through of the home to assess the items in the estate. This preliminary assessment enables us to design a marketing strategy, begin scheduling the sale, as well as arrange other services such as professional packing and moving. At the initial meeting our clients receive an information packet containing references, samples of our accounting reports, a written contract and fee information.
Our sales are clean, well-organized and beautifully arranged. We take special care when setting up, placing contents for maximum effect. Our staff takes the time to learn about the items for sales, ensuring the ability to represent each piece accurately to the public. We take the unique step of placing staff in all areas of the sale so that the public is not left to wander a sale without assistance. We maintain a professional yet friendly atmosphere in our sales and many of the shoppers are regulars we look forward to seeing. We are also very careful to work with the neighbors of an estate sale making certain that they are minimally impacted by a sale in their neighborhood. For larger sales we can provide security and parking/traffic control.
Our company actively markets our sales in the local area via print media, email and unique signage. We maintain a database of thousands of regular customers who receive emails detailing our sales and advertising dates. Roy Dudley Estate Sales are actively anticipated by the public and, as such, are busy and profitable. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard and VISA at our sales.
Roy Dudley Estate Sales oversees the complete disposition of an estate, from the initial appraisal of the contents through the sale, and the subsequent clean up of the site and removal of all estate sale equipment.
